Jennifer begins her sessions with a full assessment of your body in a standing, sitting, and non-weight bearing position. The assessment identifies joints that may not be functioning properly due to restrictions in the soft tissue—a possible source of pain.

During the evaluation Jennifer looks at muscular development and imbalances, as well as posture. She also looks at compensation patterns that the body has formed due to the present misalignment.

A series of gentle *corrections are used to bring the body back into proper balance and alignment. Targeted massage/**myofascial release help the body integrate, support, and sustain the new alignment.

Session length: 30–90 minutes

* Corrections consist of using resistance in specific positions to bring the body back into proper alignment. There are no sudden movements or cracking; these techniques originated with Osteopathic doctors.

** Skeletal muscles ensheathed by fibrous connective tissue.
