Designed to enhance the confidence of teams by creating situations where a shared effort is needed to reach a common goal combining strength training with cardiovascular exercise.
Designed to motivate individuals to get their cardio work done first thing in the morning, and also, to give those that work out at home access to a personal trainer. With this program you are on a conference call MondayFriday mornings for your check in. These calls are scheduled beginning at 5:30am or a convenient time that accommodates as many employees as possible. Given the hectic morning schedules of most people, multiple sessions can be held depending on participant needs. Prior to your first call we will discuss your fitness goals and the best way to reach those goals.
Once a month we will provide lunch by sharing some great recipes that are not only healthy, but also taste great!
Imagine one day a month/quarter when your employees can enjoy an outside event that will enhance their health and give them a break from their work day.
Knowing that each employee has different needs and that they each require a different approach, we begin by evaluating their desired goals, their eating habits, how active they've been in the last year, and any medical conditions they may have. Based on this information we lay out a "roadmap" that will take them there.
